• Information you give us. Name, email address, company or brokerage name, website URL, phone number, and anything else you type into a contact, audit, or Done-For-You form.
• Purchase information. When you buy something, our payment processor collects and processes your payment details. We receive only a record of the transaction — order amount, plan, billing email, and subscription status. We never see or store your full card number.
• Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address and authentication records.
• Audit and monitoring data. The business details you submit, the prompts we run, and the responses returned by AI systems for your scans.
• Technical and anti-abuse data. Limited request metadata, including a hashed form of your IP address, used to rate limit submissions and block spam.

• To run the audits, reports, and services you request.
• To send transactional email: confirmations, receipts, reports, and service notices.
• To respond to inquiries and follow up on submitted forms.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and keep billing records.
• To protect the service from spam, fraud, and abuse.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists from a transactional form submission without your consent.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed to do so. These include our hosting and database provider, our payment processor, our email delivery provider, and the AI model providers used to run visibility scans. Scan prompts sent to AI providers may include your business name, website, and market — the same information you asked us to check for. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Form submissions and audit results are retained while your relationship with us is active and for as long as needed to provide history and comparisons. Billing records are retained as long as tax and accounting rules require. Anti-abuse logs are short-lived. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information, subject to records we must keep.
• Unsubscribe from any non-essential email using the link in the footer of that email.
• Cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal or by emailing us.

We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary for the site to work — for example, keeping you signed in. If we add analytics or measurement tools in the future, we will update this page to describe them.

Access to stored data is restricted, database access rules limit which records an account can read, and traffic to the site is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This service is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

We operate from the United States. If you access the service from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States and in the regions used by our service providers.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new "last updated" date at the top of this page.
