Terms of Service
Last updated: August 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of clearvisibility.co and any audits, reports, subscriptions, or consulting services purchased through it.
1. Who we are
ClearVisibility ("ClearVisibility", "we", "us") is an AI visibility consultancy operated by Paul Chaney. You can reach us at paul@clearvisibility.co.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this site, submitting a form, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our services.
3. What we provide
- AI visibility audits and diagnostics. Automated scans that query large language models and answer engines and report how a brand, business, or person appears in their responses, along with recommended actions.
- Done-For-You setup. A one-time engagement in which we implement AI visibility assets on your behalf.
- Ongoing monitoring. A recurring subscription that re-runs visibility checks and delivers periodic reports.
4. No guarantee of results
AI systems are third-party products that change their models, ranking behavior, and training data without notice. We do not control them and cannot guarantee any specific ranking, citation, mention, lead volume, revenue outcome, or that any particular AI system will reference you. Audit output is informational and reflects model responses at the time of the scan; the same prompt can return different answers later. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or professional advice.
5. Payment and subscriptions
- Prices are listed in US dollars and are charged at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
- One-time products are charged once. Subscription products renew automatically at the stated interval until canceled.
- You may cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal link in your confirmation email, or by emailing us. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Applicable taxes may be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information. Audits and deliverables are only as good as the business details, URLs, and profiles you supply.
- Only submit information you have the right to share, and only request audits for a business or person you are authorized to represent.
- Do not misuse the site: no scraping, automated abuse, attempts to bypass rate limits or spam protection, reverse engineering, or interference with the service or other users.
8. Intellectual property
The site, our frameworks, methodology, templates, and report formats remain our property. Deliverables produced specifically for you — such as your audit report, schema markup, and content outlines — are yours to use in your business once paid for. We may reference the engagement in anonymized or aggregate form unless you ask us not to.
9. Third-party services
We rely on third-party providers for AI model access, payments, email delivery, hosting, and analytics. Their availability and behavior are outside our control, and your use of the service may also be subject to their terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, or lost data. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if payment fails, or if use of the service creates legal or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
